We use UK Royal Mail or UK Parcelforce to both home and overseas destinations.
Providing your items are in stock we will aim to deliver your order within 3 – 5 working days from the date of the receipt of your order.
The delivery of your order will be to the address indicated in your order.

UK Delivery Charges
Delivery of Cards is 80p.
Standard UK Delivery is £3.00.
Works of Art are Free.
European Delivery Charges
Standard Delivery is £5.
Rest of the World Delivery Charges
Standard Delivery is £7.
RETURNS
We hope that you love your purchase but in the event that you are not happy with your items Eloise Hall will exchange or refund products provided that they are returned in the original condition within 14 days of receipt to:

Please request a proof of purchase. Please note that goods being sent back to Eloise Hall are your responsibility until they reach us. Eloise Hall cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded should an item be faulty.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the date we received your refund request.
You have a right to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving your purchase. This seven day period begins the day after you receive the items from us. Please notify us in writing within seven working days that you wish to cancel your order and that you intend to return the item(s ) and we will be happy to offer you a full refund. Any items received later than this will only be a return at our discretion, and if accepted will be refunded as a credit note only.
In accordance to the Distance Selling and Online Trading Regulations Eloise Hall products which have been made to the customer specifications are exempt from standard cancellation rights.
